Ran across this blog prompt over at Holly's at Hey, Hollywood and I wanted to talk about myself wanted to use it because a lot of things have been changing around here. A lot of the time, bloggers do a really good job of putting out our best face and sometimes it seems like nothing in our lives are ever wrong and we don't make mistakes. But we--especially I--do. I was...not happy for a long time. I spent a lot of time doing things that I thought I was supposed to be doing rather than things I actually wanted to do. That sucked. I think being unhappy contributed a lot to me also being unhealthy.
Not really happy, really unhealthy. But my boobs looked fantastic.
I am...incredibly loved. It maybe took awhile before I realized, but I am super lucky to have people that genuinely love me and want good things for me. I may not get to talk to them everyday or even every week. But they're there. I think...Mama Nancy thinks I'm crazy. Probably because I tell her ridiculous things, but even so. Crazy. I wonder...what happened to work ethic, personal responsibility, and accountability. I wish...I could mass delete everyone on my facebook that uses letters as words, has terrible grammar skills, and doesn't know the difference between pass/past, bless/blessed, loss/lost, you're/your, to/too/two, their/there...the list just goes on and on.
I save...money and memories. I try to save $10/day and I've kept/kept record of almost every sweet thing someone's done for me in some way. I always...will "no rep" myself. In CrossFit and in life. I can't imagine...what my life would be like if I didn't have a planner to write down everything I have to do/things that I have to take care of/what the hell is going on each day. Seriously. My planner has an entire page...for each day of the entire year. I believe...in miracles, good and bad juju, and a voodoo woman named Phyllis.
nails done+mascara=good juju (mucinex because I was sick as a dog before 14.1)
I promise...to always mean what I say and say what I mean.
I love...random texts/phone calls/facebook posts from my family and extra sweet tea.
