I have a confession to make: I have not been able to make it to workouts as often as I usually do. In fact, for the past couple weeks, I've been lucky to make it 3 times a week. This is due to two things: 1) I have recently (within the last month) acquire TWO additional jobs after my primary job of teaching. 2) Because of additional jobs, I have been overly exhausted and been getting far less sleep. I really like my new jobs, but missing out on my gym time sucks. And I'm a way less nice person (if anyone considered me nice to begin with). I'm a big believer that, if you want something bad enough, you'll make it happen. And clearly, I want to be in shape and fit. Thankfully, I have a plan! So, because I have days that I just can't make it to the gym, I've been doing at home WODs just trying to keep my fitness level up. AND I'm thinking that I'll try to add running in, also. Once school ends (less than a month left! Holy geeze!) I'll have a much more open schedule where I can accommodate more time in the box (yay!) and I've been thinking about incorporating hot yoga. My best friend, Brittany, does it and she says it's wonderful. She's also really convinced that it will help with my flexibility and keeping my injuries at bay. So what do y'all think? Anyone ever tried hot yoga? Anyone have any ideas for at home programming? Let me know! Have a great Monday, guys!
