Eat. Pray. WOD.: Short Takes-12/11/12
Just a little update really quickly on this freezing Tuesday morning in BR.
Okay, no. I feel sore. Like I said yesterday, taking a week off from the gym is no joke.
Everything hurts, especially my upper back, shoulders and arms from doing negative pull ups (thanks, Plunkett).
As much as it sucks to be so sore, it's a pretty relieving feeling. Means I'm really doing something in the gym.
ALSO! Don't think I mentioned it yesterday, but my 24" box jump was a PR! The highest I had ever jumped before was 20". GEAUX ME! Progress!
Planning on hitting Paleo really hard starting next week (after my birthday shenanigans) so hopefully I'll lean out a little bit.
