Back Pain: Update #2

I am getting better-I think. Pain has become a medium/light twinge in the lower right side of my back and only occurs occasionally. Sweet.

Good news: I'm feeling a lot better and am hoping to get back in the box tomorrow because the pain isn't happening so much.

Bad news: when it does occur, it f*cking hurts.

I haven't been in the box sweating in 3 days and it's taking a serious toll on my ability to tolerate bullsh*t. I've been on a super short fuse this week. Dear sweet 6 lb. 11 oz baby Jesus, please let me heal more quickly so that I can take my aggression out on the weights and not everyone else. 

I've said it before and I'll say it again: crossfit has saved many a life without people even knowing it.

In other fitness related news: I haven't been eating my best lately. Not that I've been eating too much crap, but I don't think I've been eating enough or regularly enough. That can probably account for most of my issues with feeling sleepy and blah. I'm gonna try to do better. 

Non-fitness related news: It's December 6! Which means that there are only 9 more days until my 25th birthday (holy crap, I'm growing up) and only 13 more days of school until Christmas break for the kiddos! Not that anyone's counting or anything.

Oh, and just for laughs, my friend Jordan posted this on her FB earlier: hilarious.
I agree with Jordan, if these were listed next to food, I would definitely stop eating crap.
